Our goal is to be the leading Automation, Electrical and Datacom distributor group in Brazil by providing superior value that makes our customers more successful.
In August 2015 EDGE made an investment in Beijing Willtech Co. Ltd., our first expansion in China and Asia markets. The Willtech investment provides a great starting point for EDGE in China where we can apply our skills to be a high value added supply chain partner for our customers.
EDGE purchased Technology BSA SpA in July 2017 expanding our footprint in the European market. Italy is the second largest automation market in Europe. We look forward to taking advantage of BSA's reputation of being a high value added partner for their customers and providing a great opportunity for growth.
